Network Security Engineer (Firewall & VPN)

// Role overview

Join our security team to configure, deploy, and monitor next-generation firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco FTD) and secure high-availability VPN infrastructures. You will ensure the perimeter and internal network communications of our enterprise clients are highly secure, compliant, and optimized.

// What you will do

• →Configure, manage, and audit FortiGate and Cisco Firepower firewalls via FMC/FortiManager.
• →Design, implement, and maintain secure VPN topologies including site-to-site IPSec and scalable DMVPN connectivity.
• →Apply network hardening measures, including Control Plane Policing (CPP) and edge ACLs, to secure critical nodes.
• →Monitor firewall threat logs, investigate security alerts, and execute risk-remediation policies.
• →Collaborate with clients to enforce compliance policies and manage firewall rule lifecycles.

// What we look for

• →3+ years of experience specializing in network security engineering and administration.
• →Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting FortiOS (Fortinet) and Firepower Threat Defense (Cisco).
• →Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols, IPSec, PKI, and secure remote access technologies.
• →Certification such as CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE 4/5, or PCNSE is highly valued.
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset.
